Who We Are

Spectrum Dynamics is a self-performing federal general contractor headquartered in Tampa, Florida with active operations in California and Hawaii. The team was built from the trades up, with roots in the electrical and carpenters unions, and operates around a single standard: rapid mobilization and field execution.

When facilities go down under emergency conditions, Spectrum deploys its own crews, self-performs, and delivers. No brokering. No pass-through. Just a track record of showing up on active military installations when the mission demands it.
